Captain Martin J. Sroczynski teaches an approved United States Coast Guard (USCG) course for two licenses- the Masters Coast Guard Captain's License and the OUPV ("Six-Pack" Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessels Inland/Near Coastal/Great Lakes) License through the United States Maritime Academy (USMA).
The course is an eighty-hour curriculum in a traditional weeknight format. Upon completion, students will receive training certificates for both the OUPV and Masters Coast Guard Captain’s License classes meet week nights. In addition, the class will meet two or three extra sessions for examination/makeup during the eight-week period. Times will be announced during the regular class period.
